General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms (hereinafter – Terms) establish the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the individual (hereinafter – Buyer) and IGLU TECH, UAB (company code: 304400087, address: Ukmergės st. 364-6, LT-14188 Vilnius, phone: +370 655 53277, email: iglu.smart@iglutech.eu) (hereinafter – Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods from the online store iglusmart.eu.

1.2. These Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Consumer Rights Protection Act, and other applicable legislation.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time. Buyers will be notified of changes on the website.

2. Purchase Agreement

2.1. A purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms the order and makes the payment.

2.2. Each agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the online store database.

3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to:
• Purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms;
• Withdraw from the agreement and return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Require that goods are delivered on time and of proper quality;
• Contact the Seller for dispute resolution.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
• Provide correct and accurate personal data during registration or ordering;
• Pay the agreed price for ordered goods and accept them upon delivery;
• Familiarize themselves with these Terms and comply with them.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller has the right to:
• Change the online store assortment, prices, and promotional terms;
• Cancel an order if the Buyer fails to provide required data or make payment;
• Temporarily suspend or terminate the online store for technical reasons.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to:
• Deliver the Buyer's ordered goods to the specified address within the agreed timeframe;
• Ensure product quality according to manufacturer specifications;
• Respect the Buyer's privacy and process personal data only in accordance with applicable laws and the privacy policy.

5. Delivery

5.1. Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania. Delivery times and prices are specified during ordering.

5.2. The Seller commits to making every effort to deliver goods within the specified timeframe but is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment. If damage is noticed, the Buyer must inform the Seller within 24 hours.

6. Return and Exchange of Goods

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement and return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason, in accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.2. Returned goods must be in their original appearance, unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documents.

6.3. In case of return, the Seller will refund the amount paid to the Buyer within 14 days from receiving the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the product is of inadequate quality.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. The Buyer may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to all relations between the Buyer and the Seller.
