Return and Exchange Policy
1. Right to Return
In accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement and return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason. This right is statutory and cannot be reduced. In addition, the Seller runs a promotion extending this period to 30 days (see section 7).
2. Return Conditions
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original appearance;
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, documents, and instructions;
• The product must not be damaged due to the Buyer's fault.
The conditions of this section apply to the promotion described in section 7. Within the statutory 14-day period, handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, installing them) does not remove the Buyer’s right to withdraw, but the Seller may deduct the diminished value of the goods (Article 6.22811 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
3. Return Process
3.1. To return a product, the Buyer fills in the return form on the website or contacts us by email info@iglusmart.eu or phone +370 690 57995 and informs us about the intention to return the product.
3.2. The Buyer must send the goods to the address specified by the Seller within 14 days from the submission of the return notification.
3.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the product is of inadequate quality or the wrong product was delivered.
4. Refund
4.1. The Seller will refund the amount paid to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned product.
4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Products
According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the following cannot be returned:
• Products made to the Buyer's individual order;
• Products that cannot be returned due to the nature of the product (e.g., software with a broken seal).
6. Warranty Service
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The warranty period is specified in the product description or documentation.
7. Promotion “30-day returns”
7.1. For orders placed between 18 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 inclusive, the Seller voluntarily extends the return period from 14 to 30 calendar days. This is a commercial offer of the Seller; it does not change or limit the statutory right of the Buyer described in section 1.
7.2. The promotion applies to all goods sold in the iglusmart.eu online store.
7.3. The 30 days are counted from the day the goods are received. Within this period the Buyer must notify us of the withdrawal — by filling in the return form or writing to info@iglusmart.eu.
7.4. The Buyer must send the goods to the address specified by the Seller within 14 days from the submission of the notification.
7.5. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the product is of inadequate quality or the wrong product was delivered.
7.6. The promotion applies when the returned item meets the conditions of section 2: unused, not installed, and in its original packaging with all accessories, documents and instructions.
7.7. The Seller may end the promotion earlier. Such termination does not apply to orders placed before the end of the promotion is announced.
