Return and Exchange Policy

1. Right to Return

In accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement and return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason.

2. Return Conditions

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original appearance;
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, documents, and instructions;
• The product must not be damaged due to the Buyer's fault.

3. Return Process

3.1. To return a product, the Buyer must contact us via email iglu.smart@iglutech.eu or phone +370 655 53277 and inform about the intention to return the product.

3.2. The Buyer must send the goods to the address specified by the Seller within 14 days from the submission of the return notification.

3.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the product is of inadequate quality or the wrong product was delivered.

4. Refund

4.1. The Seller will refund the amount paid to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned product.

4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Products

According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the following cannot be returned:
• Products made to the Buyer's individual order;
• Products that cannot be returned due to the nature of the product (e.g., software with a broken seal).

6. Warranty Service

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The warranty period is specified in the product description or documentation.
